Yes. We offer direct bookings, allowing you to deal directly with us rather than through a large online booking platform.
Do I have to pay through the website?
No. Bookings are made directly with us and payment is not taken through the website. We will provide payment instructions when your booking is confirmed..
When is the security deposit returned?
Subject to the property being left in accordance with the booking conditions and there being no deductions for damage or misuse, the returnable security deposit will be returned within 21 days of your departure.

Isla Del Sol is ideally located for enjoying the beaches, restaurants, waterfront attractions and outdoor lifestyle of the St Petersburg area. Guests can enjoy cycling, walking, boating, golf, beaches and the many attractions of the wider Tampa Bay area.
How far is downtown St Petersburg?
Downtown St Petersburg is easily accessible from Isla Del Sol is an easy 15 minute drive and offers an excellent choice of restaurants, bars, museums, galleries, parks and waterfront attractions. There is plenty of car parking with very reasonable rates

Very easy. We send you details of where to collect your key and entry codes. From before you arrive until the day you check out we are available by text or WhatsApp and aim to respond immediately when possible and no longer than a few hours depending upon the time of day you contact us

Yes. A longer stay gives you the flexibility to add a short cruise to your Florida vacation often at very reasonable prices. Tampa is particularly convenient, while Port Canaveral on Florida's east coast offers another excellent choice of cruise itineraries.

Yes. We provide bicycles for guests to use during their stay, making it easy to explore Isla Del Sol and some of the excellent cycling opportunities around St Petersburg.
How close are the beaches?
Some of Florida's best Gulf Coast beaches are close by, including the beautiful beaches of St Pete Beach and Pass-a-Grille. St Pete Beach is approximately 1 mile away, Passe Grille is 1.5 miles
Can I explore other parts of Florida during my stay?
Absolutely. One of the advantages of staying for a month or longer is having time to explore beyond St Petersburg. Popular trips include Miami, St Augustine, Orlando, Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Center and the Florida Keys.
